Catholic Education in the South East
Catholic Schools in the South East comprise of Tenison Woods College (Mt Gambier), Mary MacKillop Memorial School (Penola), and St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School (Millicent). Our Schools work together in a collaborative manner, ensuring that shared outcomes, plans and vision are met.
The Principals and APRIMS meet on a regular basis so that communication between the three schools is maintained.
The majority of our exiting Year 7 students transfer to Tenison Woods College in Mt Gambier for their secondary education, with our partnership ensuring a smooth transition.
Each year, we celebrate together as the Limestone Regional Catholic Schools Community, with a Regional Mass. Our Schools meet together on Feast Days on a bi-annual basis, to share Transition and Activity Days, and Year 6/7 students travel to Canberra in November for the combined Year 6/7 camp.
